OUR STRUCTURE

In alignment with our player-centered approach, Windermere Soccer Club has implemented a three-step plan to support players in reaching their goals:

 

    1. Under-14 Player Development: At Windermere Soccer Club, we prioritize the development of young players under 14. During this phase, our focus is on technical training and tight-spaced games that encourage players to have fun while honing their skills. This foundational period is crucial for instilling a love for the game and building fundamental skills.
    2. Top Team Preparation 14+: Once players have demonstrated readiness and mastery of foundational skills, they transition into the top Team. Here, they undergo intensive training focused on honing tactical skills and developing a deeper understanding of the game. This stage prepares them for higher levels of competition and challenges them to elevate their performance.
    3. Transition and Support: As players mature and excel within Windermere Soccer Club, we facilitate their transition to the next phase of their soccer journey. This involves building connections with colleges and teams to support players in reaching their goals. Our commitment remains unwavering in supporting each player’s individual growth and success.
